I own a Countess 33 for 6 years now and I cannot find a other SY of this demension with the same confort and space inside. Her behavior at the ocean gives a verry safe feeling and we know because we are sailing the world with here sinds 2003.Our aft cabin is also good for tall people because I am 1.92 meter and we find no problem sleeping together in the back. |

I have owned this Countess ketch for two years and sailed all over the Bristol Channel and soem rough passages around Milford and Jack Sound with no trepidation at all. Not the fastest boat on the water but can keep up well in medium to strong airs. Super safe feel to her. A real seaboat. her Ketch rig offers opprtunities to be more settled than ketch. i once kept he almost stationary off Aberystywth in a force 7/8 with just the mizen and a small amount of revs. Lost of room inside whilst the rear cabin may not suit very tall people |

After much searching in the 10m-range, I purchased a Countess 33CC last year. As noted in other reviews, she offers tremendous space and is a solid and easily handled boat. Not the fastest, but keeps up in fair winds with Dehler 34s and plastic fantastics. The aft cabin is a real plus, as is the proper navigators station (facing forward, with a bulkhead to lean back on). Great boat for the money. |

I have owned this vessel since 1986, she was built in 1984. She has taken me safely for many thousands of sea miles in all conditions. A much loved, much appreciated boat by all who have sailed in her. |
